What We Offer
We offer the finest pulled pork, pulled chicken, sliced turkey, brisket, ribs, our sides include cornbread casserole, mac n cheese, baked beans, Five Hawgs Potatoes, cheesy party potatoes, potato salad, coleslaw, pasta salad and for desert berry cobbler.
Catering
We are experienced in large events including: Elks Pro Baloon Races, the Iowa Missouri Ford Car Show, Mahaska Co Hospital Employee Appreciation Day, The Blakesburg Corn Carnival. We have catered graduations, weddings, birthdays and celebrations of life.
We use the finest Ole Hickory smokers that the market offers. It doesn't matter if the weather is hot or cold, when you trust us with your event we will deliver.
